How do I return an item online?

Receive Instructions:

We’ll email you detailed return instructions.

Send Back Your Item:

Once we receive your return, we’ll process it within 7 working days.

Get Your Refund:

We’ll refund your purchase amount (excluding shipping costs) within 14 days of receiving your cancellation notice. We may wait to reimburse you until we have received the products.

Important Notes: If you purchased a BIAB At Home Starter Kit or one of our sets, you must return it in full. You must create your own return label. Let us know within 30 days if you wish to cancel your purchase. After cancellation, you have 7 days to return the products.

How long does it take to get a refund?

We’ll refund your purchase amount (excluding shipping costs) as quickly as possible, but no later than 14 days after we receive your cancellation notice. The refund will be made via the same payment method you used to place the order.

Are returns free?

You are responsible for return shipping costs. However, if we made a mistake with your order, we’ll cover the return shipping costs and send you new products free of charge.

What if my product is broken?

If you received a damaged product or it broke within the warranty period, contact our customer service. You can return it free of charge within the warranty period, except in cases of visible wear and tear from use beyond what’s necessary to determine the nature and functionality of the product.

Quick Replacement:
Once we receive your item, we’ll immediately send you a new one.
